CONSCIOUS PARENTING PLAY DATES

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES
1 hour commitment
The role of a DONA International trained postpartum doula is to be NEAR the newborn family for the first twelve weeks of life. This means you will be nurtured, educated about newborn care and other newborn related topics, and referred to an appropriate specialist when necessary. Raquel will help you with newborn care, postpartum care, household organization, meal planning and preparation, and sibling or pet integration. The rate for day time virtual postpartum doula services with Raquel Richter is $35 an hour.
